You'll be responsible for

Leading the lab team
Lead the Melbourne lab team to ensure virus reduction packages are executed and delivered as per integrated project team objectives and timelines.📊
Establishing scaledown models
Establish appropriate scaledown models in collaboration with Technical Development capabilities for transfer to PS labs or CROs.🤝
Driving collaboration
Drive the lab team to work closely within the PS cross-IPT matrix to externalize virus reduction packages or assays to preferred CROs.Key criteria
🧬
PhD in life sciences
Possess a PhD in virology, cell biology, or related field.View

8+ years in biopharmaceuticals
Experience in biopharmaceutical environments or academia.View
