You'll be responsible for

Providing strategic advice

Providing strategic planning and environmental approval advice for projects across a range of market sectors including residential, retail, commercial, industrial and logistics, aged care, mining, transport, energy and renewables.

Appearing in court

Appearing in the Land and Environment Court in appeals, land acquisition proceedings and prosecutions.
🌱

Advising on environmental issues

Advising on contaminated land issues and environmental licensing, as well as planning and associated regulatory approvals.

Environment and planning experience

Experience working in an Environment & Planning team at a reputable firm.
