You'll be responsible for

Defending claims

Defending litigated claims against professionals including engineers, certifiers, and other construction professionals.

Advising on coverage

Advising on coverage and monitoring of claims against professional insureds for both Australian and London based underwriters.
📝

Drafting policy wordings

Drafting and reviewing policy wordings and providing advice on areas of legal risk for clients.

Key criteria

⚖️

4-5 years post qualification experience

Demonstrated legal expertise in insurance litigation matters.
