You'll be responsible for

Defending claims
Defending litigated claims against professionals including engineers, certifiers, and other construction professionals.📋
Advising on coverage
Advising on coverage and monitoring of claims against professional insureds for both Australian and London based underwriters.📝
Drafting policy wordings
Drafting and reviewing policy wordings and providing advice on areas of legal risk for clients.Key criteria

4-5 years of post-qualification experience
Demonstrated legal expertise in insurance litigation matters.View
