You'll be responsible for

Arranging and coordinating documentation for client meetings
Organising necessary paperwork and materials to ensure smooth client interactions.📅
Managing Adviser diary and booking appointments
Overseeing the schedule of Advisers and coordinating client appointments in accordance with business protocols.🗂️
Assisting Advisers with compliance and record keeping
Supporting Advisers in maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance with industry standards.Key criteria
📄
FASEA approved degree or pathway
Possession of a FASEA approved qualification for compliance.View

12-18 months financial services experience
Demonstrated experience in paraplanning or related financial services.View
📊
Working knowledge of investment strategies
Understanding of superannuation, retirement, and personal insurance.View
