You'll be responsible for

Providing 24/7 networking technical support

You will monitor network availability and performance, focusing on outage detection, analysis, resolution, and reporting.

Assisting on customer projects

Support circuit changes, site moves, and rolling out IOS upgrades using automated tools.

Conducting testing and implementation

Monitor and tune networking software/hardware to ensure optimum systems performance and highlight potential issues.
