You'll be responsible for

Advising clients

Advising blue chip Australian and international fund sponsors on the establishment of widely held funds, funds-of-one, co-investment vehicles, continuation funds, capital partnerships and IMAs.
🌍

Guiding investors

Advising leading Australian and global institutional and sovereign investors in relation to their Australian and offshore fund investments, co-investments and direct investments across a range of traditional and emerging asset classes.

Assisting with M&A matters

Assisting with the funds-related aspects of M&A matters.
