Advising clients
Providing advice on superannuation fund mergers and financial services regulatory obligations, including licensing, disclosure, and conduct obligations.🔍
Assisting with regulatory investigations
Supporting clients in responding to regulatory investigations and prosecutions, including APRA and ASIC proceedings.📄
Preparing commercial agreements
Preparing and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, including outsourcing and distribution arrangements.What we're looking for

Experience in superannuation and financial services
Demonstrated experience advising clients on regulatory matters.View fit
