You'll be responsible for

Helping clients with regulatory projects
Assisting clients with their most important regulatory and transformation projects.⚖️
Assisting with regulatory investigations
Supporting clients in responding to regulatory investigations and prosecutions, including APRA and ASIC proceedings.💼
Advising on fund mergers
Providing advice on superannuation fund mergers and working with the M&A team on transactions in the financial services area.What we're looking for

Experience in superannuation and financial services
Demonstrated experience advising clients on regulatory matters in financial services.View fit
⚖️
Knowledge of relevant legislation
Proven understanding of the SIS Act, APRA Prudential Standards, and ASIC Act.View fit

Private practice experience
Experience working in a specialist superannuation or financial services regulatory team.View fit
