Advising clients in relation to all aspects of acquisitions and disposals, from legal due diligence to completion.

Obtaining regulatory approvals

Assisting clients to obtain regulatory project and transaction approvals.

Experience in Infrastructure and Energy transactions

Demonstrated experience advising on project development transactions in the sector.
