You'll be responsible for

Advising on project documents

Acting for significant resources companies in relation to key project documents such as State Agreements and joint venture agreements.

Managing acquisitions and disposals

Advising clients in relation to all aspects of acquisitions and disposals, from legal due diligence to completion.

Obtaining regulatory approvals

Assisting clients to obtain regulatory project and transaction approvals.

Key criteria

Experience in Infrastructure and Energy transactions

Demonstrated experience advising on project development transactions in the sector.
