Acting for significant resources companies in relation to key project documents such as State Agreements and joint venture agreements.🔗
Supporting Infrastructure and Energy transactions
Acting for significant players in the Infrastructure and Energy sector on key documents like joint operating agreements and LNG sale agreements.🔍
Conducting legal due diligence
Advising clients in relation to all aspects of acquisitions and disposals, from legal due diligence to completion.Key criteria
