You'll be responsible for

Advising on regulatory change projects

Advising many of Australia's leading superannuation funds on major regulatory change projects.

Assisting clients with regulatory investigations

Assisting superannuation and other financial services clients on their response to a wide variety of regulatory investigations and prosecutions, including significant APRA and ASIC proceedings.

Advising on fund mergers

Advising on large complex superannuation fund mergers.

Skills you'll need

💼

Experience in superannuation or financial services

Experience working in superannuation or financial services, ideally from a leading top tier, national or international firm, or an in-house team.

Passion for regulatory work

A passion to specialise in superannuation and financial services regulatory work with a focus on clients in the superannuation sector, while still building generalist expertise.
