You'll be responsible for

Installing and maintaining equipment

Installing, maintaining, and repairing desktops, laptops, monitors, and associated software and peripherals.

Ensuring service level agreements are met

Ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and incident and request tickets are updated as required within the ticketing system.

Assisting with testing and certification

Assisting with network, server, device, and application testing and certification.

Desktop and laptop support experience

Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing desktops and laptops.
