As an Assurance and Critical Risk Specialist, you will play a vital role in shaping John Holland's Health, Safety, Environment & Sustainability (HSES) Assurance Framework. Your expertise will provide independent assurance over critical risks and compliance, ultimately strengthening organisational resilience and driving continual improvement. The team values collaboration and innovation, working together to transform lives through impactful projects.

You'll be responsible for

📊

Developing HSES Assurance Framework

Develop, implement and continually improve John Holland’s HSES Assurance Framework, including assurance methodologies, standards, protocols and reporting requirements.
📈

Leading Assurance Program

Lead the enterprise Second Line Assurance Program, including the development of annual assurance plans aligned to enterprise risk profiles and strategic priorities.
🔍

Conducting Assurance Reviews

Develop and implement contractor assurance programs and conduct independent assurance reviews following significant events to assess investigation quality, corrective actions and organisational learning opportunities.

📜

WHS qualification

AQF Level 6 qualification in WHS or similar required.
