Join Pepper Money's First Line Risk team and embark on an exciting journey to protect our mortgage business from fraud and operational risk. This job is all about leading complex investigations, identifying emerging risks, and strengthening controls to keep our customers and business safe. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with teams across Credit, Settlements, Risk, and Compliance to drive better risk outcomes.

You'll be responsible for

Leading investigations

Lead complex fraud investigations and act as a senior escalation point.

Investigating activities

Investigate suspicious activity, falsified documentation and emerging fraud trends.

Identifying control gaps

Identify control gaps and recommend improvements to reduce risk.
