You'll be responsible for

Supporting NDIS participants

You’ll support NDIS participants across a varied and meaningful caseload, allocated through referrals and supported by an experienced intake and clinical leadership team.
🏡

Building long-term relationships

You’ll work across homes, clinics, and community settings, building long-term relationships and seeing the progress you help create.
👥

Providing supervision and support

You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.

Behaviour support experience

Minimum of 3 years' experience in behaviour support.

Proficient Suitability or above in PBS Registration required.

Driver’s licence

Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle for client transport.
