Supporting clients (NDIS participants) and their families to identify needs through assessment and person-centred planning.

Developing support plans

Developing, delivering, and evaluating evidence-based support plans within a complex support space.

Building capacity

Building the knowledge, capacity, and strengths of those who support clients, including family and friends.

NDIS registration

Current registration with the NDIS Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
