You'll be responsible for

Administer global leave of absence programs end-to-end, partnering with regional People teams to ensure compliance, accurate tracking, and a positive employee experience.🔄
Performing reconciliations
Perform ongoing benefits and payroll reconciliations, identify and resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with vendors and internal payroll partners to maintain accurate records.📞
Serving as point of contact
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits and leave-related inquiries, including support during new hire onboarding.Key criteria
