Serving as subject matter expert
Serve as MYOB’s end-to-end functional subject matter expert for Gotransverse, owning all functional design, configuration oversight and process governance🗺️
Leading process mapping and optimisation
Lead Order-to-Cash (O2C) process mapping and optimisation across Salesforce, Gotransverse and Workday, ensuring integrity of data and workflows📋
Defining billing rules and requirements
Define billing rules and system requirements for new product launches and market offeringsKey criteria
