You'll be responsible for

Delivering high-quality service

Delivering consistent and high-quality service to our customers.

Assisting customers

Assist customers with trade counter and phone sales enquiries and follow up with quotes, pricing and product enquiries in a timely manner.
📦

Stock management

Ensuring sufficient levels of stock are available and advise purchasing department of stock requirements and assist with periodic stock checks.

Key criteria

Warehouse or customer service experience

At least 6 months in relevant fields.
