As a Broker Consultant, you will play a vital role in our national broker engagement strategy, supporting lending enquiries and driving retention across ME, Virgin Money, and BOQ. Building strong relationships with accredited brokers is key, as you guide them through scenarios, inflight applications, and general queries with expertise and care.
