You'll be responsible for

Supporting external partners

Acting as the first point of contact for Finance Brokers and Automotive Dealers, addressing inquiries and providing information.

Liaising with teams

Collaborating with the credit and underwriting team to facilitate loan approvals and enhance partner satisfaction.

Delivering excellent customer service

Ensuring a positive experience for clients by going above and beyond in service delivery.
