Ensuring compliance with the Building Act 1993 and Building Regulations 2018.

Investigating complaints

Addressing unsafe building works and taking appropriate enforcement action.

Supporting the Municipal Building Surveyor

Assisting with report and consent applications and writing legal briefs.

Possession of a valid registration as a Building Inspector.
