The Business Analyst job focuses on supporting Deployment and Business As Usual (BAU) activities for the DWS SEA Platform solutions. This position plays a crucial role in translating business needs into technical solutions and implementation plans while continuously analyzing data for automation and enhancement opportunities. The team values collaboration and communication, working closely with Deployment, Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Supporting end-to-end customer onboarding to SEA Platform solutions.

Gathering and translating onboarding requirements with Product, Engineering, and Customer/Account teams.
