About the job

As a Business Analyst within the AP+ Member Onboarding team, you will play a vital role in connecting new participants and existing members to Australia's payments ecosystem. This position is all about enabling smooth onboarding and managing member-initiated changes while collaborating with customers, product, and technical teams. The team thrives on innovation, flexibility, and a shared mission to create impactful experiences.

You'll be responsible for

Partnering with members, product managers and technical delivery teams

Successfully onboard new participants and deliver member-initiated changes across AP+'s payments platforms.

Gathering, analysing and documenting business and system requirements

Ensure clear traceability from discovery through to implementation.

Managing a high volume of concurrent onboarding activities

Effectively prioritise work while maintaining quality, accuracy and delivery timeframes.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in payments or financial services.
