Coach and advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, and interpretation of employment legislation.

Enhancing culture and engagement

Assist with the development and delivery of engagement surveys and cultural initiatives.

Supporting operational excellence

Maintain accurate people data and provide meaningful reporting insights to support business decision-making.

Human Resources expertise

Solid understanding of Australian Employment Law and experience managing investigations and performance issues.
