You'll be responsible for

Supporting managers and employees

Acting as the primary HR contact for managers and employees within assigned teams, providing guidance on core people topics such as performance management and employee concerns.

Executing People & Culture programs

Owning the execution of People & Culture programs and initiatives, including coordination, rollout, and tracking to ensure effective implementation.

Enhancing employee experience

Helping ensure a positive employee experience by responding to questions, resolving issues, and maintaining consistent HR practices.

Skills you'll need

🧑‍💼

HR experience

4–7 years of HR experience, including prior experience in an HRBP or similar generalist job.

Communication skills

Clear and confident communicator, especially in manager and employee conversations.

Organizational skills

Organized and reliable, with strong follow-through on tasks and projects.
