You'll be responsible for

Support the Team Leader with the street outreach program, including managing volunteers and ensuring effective operations.

Providing community support

Greet community members, offer rest and recovery assistance, and provide referral pathways as needed.

Ensuring high standards of service delivery

Deliver exceptional customer service to all stakeholders and participate in continuous improvement processes.

Certificate IV in relevant field

Possession of Certificate IV in Administration or Community Services.
