About the job

This job is all about supporting the delivery of dynamic digital marketing campaigns across various Owned Channels, including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging. By joining the Customer Communications tribe at Woolworths, you will play a crucial role in shaping how the company connects with Everyday Rewards members, Woolworths Online customers and Everyday Insurance customers. The team thrives on collaboration and innovation, ensuring that every campaign drives engagement, loyalty, and incremental revenue.

You'll be responsible for

Building and executing campaigns

Building and executing campaigns and test plans via multiple campaign channels, including email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and landing pages.

Managing lifecycle marketing journeys

Managing complex, segmented lifecycle marketing journeys and automated trigger campaigns, ensuring meticulous QA, robust testing, and regulatory compliance.

Building email creatives

Building email creatives via approved templates and using HTML, CSS, and the scripting language AMPscript, unique to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Email marketing experience

Proven experience building complex campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable (enterprise) marketing automation platforms (e.g. Hubspot, Braze, Adobe Campaign).
