This job is an exciting opportunity to join the Defence Division as a Capability Assurance & Compliance Manager. The role plays a crucial part in ensuring compliance and operational excellence within the Defence sector. You'll be responsible for

Owning end-to-end delivery of the audit program

Ensure audits are completed on time and in alignment with contract requirements and Defence priorities.
🤝

Serving as the main point of contact for auditors

Act as the liaison for external auditors, providing necessary information and support during audits.

Tracking non-conformances and corrective actions

Monitor and manage non-conformances and corrective actions through to closure, ensuring compliance and improvement.

Key criteria

Internal auditing experience

Demonstrated experience interacting with third-party auditors.

Facilities maintenance background

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in facilities maintenance.

Possession of a valid Lead Auditor certification.
