You'll be responsible for

Contributing to and supporting the design and delivery of culture, values and ethics initiatives, and helping embed capability priorities in practice.

Supporting workforce capability

Helping connect people to the purpose of work and supporting a vibrant, safe and responsible hospitality, liquor, racing and gaming environment.

Collaborating with leaders

Working closely with leaders and subject matter experts to translate intent into clear expectations and meaningful day-to-day practice.
