You'll be responsible for

Enabling high standards of care

Completing key operational tasks including retrieving results, preparing medical reports, resolving system or data issues, and ensuring accuracy across all member records.

Coordinating care

Scheduling appointments, following up on diagnostic test results, and liaising with Everlab doctors and external partners to ensure members receive the care they need at the right time.

Improving member experience

Proactively seeking feedback from members to identify areas where Everlab can improve their experience and advocating for member needs within the team.
