You'll be responsible for

Enabling high standards of care
Completing key operational tasks including retrieving results, preparing medical reports, resolving system or data issues, and ensuring accuracy across all member records.📅
Coordinating care
Scheduling appointments, following up on diagnostic test results, and liaising with Everlab doctors and external partners to ensure members receive the care they need at the right time.🔍
Improving member experience
Proactively seeking feedback from members to identify areas where Everlab can improve their experience and advocating for member needs within the team.Key criteria
