You'll be responsible for

Multidisciplinary coordination

Enhancing communication and collaboration between GPs, specialists, clinic professionals, and other healthcare providers.

Key criteria

🎓

Tertiary qualification in health

Possession of a relevant Allied Health qualification is essential.
