As a Care Coordinator, you will be the vital link between members and the Everlab team, ensuring that everyone feels supported and valued on their health optimisation journey. This job is all about providing exceptional service and care coordination, making you a trusted point of contact for members. The team thrives on collaboration and attention to detail, creating a positive and structured environment where everyone can contribute to improving lives.
You'll be responsible for
✅
Enabling high standards of care
Completing key operational tasks including retrieving results, preparing medical reports, resolving system or data issues, and ensuring accuracy across all member records.📅
Coordinating care
Scheduling appointments, following up on diagnostic test results, and liaising with Everlab doctors and external partners to ensure members receive the care they need at the right time.🔍
Improving member experience
Proactively seeking feedback from members to identify areas where Everlab can improve their experience and advocating for member needs within the team.What we're looking for
