You'll be responsible for

Managing and coordinating community-based aged care programs
Overseeing programs with a focus on customer goals and wellbeing, ensuring services are tailored to individual needs.👥
Leading and supporting Community Support Workers
Recruiting, onboarding, supervising, and developing staff to ensure high standards of care delivery.🩺
Monitoring client health and wellbeing
