You'll be responsible for

Ensuring delivery of broking strategy

Ensure that the Carrier Management-related components of the broking strategy are delivered, always aligning to our core principle of acting in the best interests of our original clients.

Delivering contractually committed services

Ensure the delivery of contractually committed services to carriers as set out in our Carrier Services Agreements, coordinating and collaborating with global teams where appropriate.

Providing performance analytics

Provide carriers with performance analytics and feedback, identifying resulting opportunities and areas for improvement.
