You'll be responsible for

Offering direct support to customers experiencing financial abuse, family violence, and mental or serious illness.

Serving as a key point of contact for customers and internal staff, providing expert guidance and empathy.

Conducting investigations

Thoroughly investigating complex cases to identify risks and recommend fair outcomes for customers and the bank.
