You'll be responsible for

Taking responsibility for a full portfolio of workers compensation claims

Focus on physical and psychological based injuries to ensure effective management and support for injured workers.
🤝

Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders

Engage with injured workers, employers, doctors, and rehabilitation providers to facilitate a smooth return to work process.
⚙️

Implementing active and timely strategies

Develop and execute plans to improve recovery and return to work outcomes for injured workers.

Key criteria

🎓

Degree in psychology or health sciences

Possession of a relevant degree to support case management.
