You'll be responsible for

Developing customer relationships

Building strong customer relationships and providing high levels of service to all parties including workers, employers, and stakeholders.

Providing accurate information

Delivering accurate and complete information about claims, entitlements, obligations, and responsibilities.

Facilitating return to work

Assisting workers and employers with the claim process to ensure timely access to services for return to work and recovery.

Key criteria

📄

3+ years in case management

Proven experience managing complex personal injury claims.
