The Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC) Casework Coordinator plays a vital role in coordinating MacKillop’s ITC casework services across the Liverpool and Wollongong Hubs. This position is crucial for supporting children and young people with high and complex needs, ensuring they receive the specialized therapeutic care necessary for healing and growth. The team thrives on collaboration, leadership, and a commitment to delivering positive outcomes for young people and their families.

You'll be responsible for

Supporting case management services

Supporting Caseworkers to provide case management services that are responsive to individual client needs through the development, implementation, and review of individual case plans.

Ensuring compliance with standards

Ensuring casework services comply with OOHC standards, maintaining accurate client records, and adhering to legislative requirements.

Providing leadership and development

Providing leadership, support, and development of ITC Caseworkers to ensure high-quality therapeutic care.
