You'll be responsible for

Assessing needs and developing housing plans

Coordinating with support services and landlords

Providing practical assistance with tenancy and accessibility goals

Minimum Cert IV or Diploma
Possession of a minimum Certificate IV in Human Services or related field.View
👥
2+ years experience
Demonstrated experience working in disability or human services for at least 2 years.View
