You'll be responsible for

Coordinating with support services and landlords

Providing practical assistance with tenancy and accessibility goals

Minimum qualifications in human services
Cert IV in Human Services, Disability, or related field required.View
👥
Experience in case management
At least 2 years' experience in case management or related services.View

Current Working with Children Check
Valid Blue Card required for working with children.View
