Evaluating clients' needs and creating tailored housing plans to support their journey towards stable living.

Coordinating with support services and landlords

Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure clients receive the necessary support and resources.

Providing practical assistance with tenancy and accessibility goals

Offering hands-on help to clients in achieving their housing and accessibility objectives.

Key criteria

🏠

Minimum qualifications in human services

Cert IV in Human Services, Disability, or related field required.

Experience in case management

At least 2 years' experience in case management or related services.

Valid Blue Card required for working with children.
