Providing high-quality casework that supports young people in Intensive Therapeutic Care, focusing on their healing and personal growth.🤝
Collaborating with ITC staff
Working closely with Coordinators, Therapeutic Specialists, and House Managers to create a holistic response for young people.📊
Planning and monitoring case plans
Leading the planning, implementation, monitoring, and review of case plans to ensure positive outcomes for young people and their families.Key criteria
🎓
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Possession of a degree in social work, youth work, or community services.View
🧠
Experience with complex trauma
Demonstrated experience working with young people facing complex trauma.View

Proven casework skills
Experience in casework, ideally in Out of Home Care or Child Protection.View
