The IT Caseworker job is a highly regarded position within the organisation, focusing on delivering high-quality, therapeutic casework for young people in Intensive Therapeutic Care. You'll be responsible for

Delivering therapeutic casework

Providing high-quality casework that supports young people in Intensive Therapeutic Care, focusing on their healing and personal growth.

Collaborating with ITC staff

Working closely with Coordinators, Therapeutic Specialists, and House Managers to create a holistic response for young people.
📊

Planning and monitoring case plans

Leading the planning, implementation, monitoring, and review of case plans to ensure positive outcomes for young people and their families.

Key criteria

🎓

Bachelor's degree in relevant field

Possession of a degree in social work, youth work, or community services.

Experience with complex trauma

Demonstrated experience working with young people facing complex trauma.
