You'll be responsible for

Lead operational delivery of case law editorial work across Pacific jurisdictions to ensure quality and timeliness.

Monitoring performance metrics

Monitor editorial performance metrics, service levels, quality indicators, and delivery timelines to maintain high standards.

Managing stakeholder relationships

Manage relationships with courts, reporters, vendors, licensors, and external content providers to facilitate smooth operations.
