You'll be responsible for

Supporting employees

Encouraging and assisting supported employees to participate in work activities, fostering their independence and skills.

Personal care assistance

Providing support with personal care as part of each client’s person-centred plan, ensuring their dignity and comfort.
📋

Developing person-centred plans

Collaborating with clients and their families to create, implement, and review comprehensive person-centred plans and behaviour support plans.

Key criteria

🚗

NSW driver's licence

Valid P2 or Full licence for driving responsibilities.

Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with disabilities.
