Supporting employees in their work

Encouraging and assisting supported employees to participate in work tasks, ensuring they feel valued and engaged.

Providing personal care

Assisting clients with personal care as outlined in their person-centred plans, ensuring dignity and respect.

Implementing person-centred plans

Developing and reviewing comprehensive plans that cater to the individual needs of each supported employee.

Key criteria

🚗

NSW driver's licence

Valid P2 or full licence for driving responsibilities.
