Providing first-contact support
Assisting current and prospective students across VUHQ Student Service Centres with their enquiries in a timely and supportive manner.🗂️
Navigating administrative processes
Helping students navigate administrative processes and access relevant resources to support their success at Victoria University.🤝
Liaising with stakeholders
Working closely with domestic, international, TAFE and higher education students, as well as CUAs, Student Advisors and university staff.Key criteria
