You'll be responsible for

Providing assessments and interventions
Delivering bio-psycho-social-cultural assessments and interventions to children aged 0-12 experiencing mental health concerns.📝
Developing collaborative care plans
Creating care plans that actively involve families and caregivers in the assessment and discharge planning process.🤝
Liaising with various stakeholders
Coordinating with schools, General Practitioners, and community services to ensure integrated care.Key criteria

Degree qualifications and registration
Possess relevant degree qualifications and current professional registration.View
