You'll be responsible for

Providing cultural consultation

Actively providing cultural consultation and advice to the SNF Plus team regarding culturally safe engagement and responsive care for Aboriginal families.
🏡

Supporting home visits

Supporting home visits to build culturally respectful and therapeutic relationships with families during home visits.
🔗

Liaising with community organizations

Acting as a liaison between the SNF Plus team and local Aboriginal community organisations and health services.

Demonstrated strong cultural ties and understanding of Aboriginal communities.
