You'll be responsible for
🛠️
Delivering bereavement counselling
Deliver evidence-informed bereavement counselling using contemporary grief models and therapeutic approaches.📋
Conducting assessments
Provide comprehensive psychosocial assessments assisting with emotional adjustment, case planning, advocacy, liaison, and referral to appropriate community services.👥
Collaborating with teams
Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team across community, home, and residential aged care settings.Key criteria
🎓
Degree in Social Work
Accredited degree enabling AASW membership.View

Experience in bereavement counselling
Demonstrated support for complex grief using evidence-based approaches.View
